DCU Determination
Development Control Unit (DCU) Meetings are held every Tuesday afternoon (when required).
Any application that receives from five to nine submissions and complies with statutory requirements are referred to this unit for determination under Delegated Authority.
If a Development Application is to be discussed at the meeting the applicant and any person that made a submission are notified by email one week prior to the meeting. The agenda including the Council Officer’s report are published on Council’s website.
The applicant and those who made a submission are given an opportunity to speak at the meeting regarding the development application before the Chair determines the application.
