Extraordinary Council Meeting - 20 May

An Extraordinary Meeting has been called for Monday 20 May for Council to consider and discuss the 2024-25 draft Operational Plan and Budget. This is to ensure that the document can be placed on public exhibition for 28 days before the June Council Meeting. A report will then be tabled to Council to adopt the final Plan. It is a statutory requirement that Council adopts the Operational Plan and Budget before the new financial year.

Council will also consider the Updated Hunter's Hill Council Sports and Recreation Plan which also needs to be adopted before the new financial year.

The Meeting is scheduled for 6pm in the Council Chambers and it will also be live streamed.
