Moocooboola Festival is returning in 2021.

Boronia Park Ovals, Cnr Park Rd and Ryde Rd, Hunters Hill NSW.

Moocooboola Festival is the premier community festival held annually at Boronia Park Ovals in Gladesville. It provides a range of both free and ticketed entertainment, and activities, for all residents and visitors to the area.
Moocooboola is a family-friendly event with local music and acts on the stage(s), a market bazaar (up to 100 stalls) including food and beverage vendors, a dog show, and a large area set aside for ticketed rides and carnival amusements.
In 2021, Moocooboola will be held in September (rather than early August) and have extended hours running from 11am – 8pm.

Expressions of Interest are now open for Performers at Moocooboola Festival. EOIs close 30 June 2021.

What you need to know:

Musicians, bands, small dance troupes, interactive displays and roaming acts are being sought for both the stage and the ovals.
All potential performers will need to fill in an EOI form.
Hunter’s Hill Council will curate the mix of acts before inviting successful performers to complete online applications.
Other than headline acts, priority will be given to local performers at this community event.
All performances must be compliant with NSW Health Regulations at the time of the event and this will be taken into consideration when programming the festival.
Performance at a previous Moocooboola or Hunter’s Hill Council event does not guarantee a place at Moocooboola Festival 2021.

What you need to know:

Hunter’s Hill Council is looking for a fabulous mix of stalls including food & drinks, arts & crafts, heath & wellbeing, gifts, clothing, and community groups to join us at Boronia Park Ovals this September.
All potential stallholders will need to fill in an EOI form.
Hunter’s Hill Council will then curate the mix of stalls before inviting successful stallholders to complete online applications and payments.
Details including Terms & Conditions, pricing and timings will be provided as part of the application process.
As Moocooboola is a community event, priority will be given to locally-based stallholders.
All stallholders (other than Food Trucks) will be required to use a Fete or Market Stall provided by Hunter’s Hill Council.
