Whatever your speciality, Hunter's Hill Council invites you to submit an Expression of Interest to trade at Moocooboola Festival 2026. We love having a wide variety of stalls at this annual event; it's what makes Moocooboola so vibrant and special.
We are looking for the following range of stalls:
- market
- craft & environment
- community
- activity or display
- food & beverage
To take part as a stallholder at Moocooboola Festival 2026, complete the Expression of Interest form below.
EOIs will be accepted until 11.59pm on Wednesday 22 July 2026.
Should your application be successful you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to the detailed form, payment gateway and detailed Terms and Conditions. There you will be able to upload your Public Liability Insurance, Food Safety Supervisor certificates and any other licenses required.
Council staff will curate the range of stalls and will inform unsuccessful applicants as soon as possible.
