The Woolwich Boat ramp (end of Margaret St) continues to be closed until further notice.
Preliminary investigations have determined the boat ramp requires major repair works, due to the structural damage that has occurred. Additional design and construction works are required for a full remediation. Council is also actively seeking supplementary funding opportunities for these major structural repairs.
In the meantime, an alternative nearby boat ramp is located at Taplin Park Boat Ramp – 7099 Bayswater Street, Drummoyne.
