Hazard Reduction Notification

Council wishes to advise residents that Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) is planning to conduct a Hazard Reduction burn at Buffalo Creek Reserve, Barons Crescent, Hunters Hill. The activity will take place this Friday 24 April, between 8am to 5pm. The operation will depend on suitable weather conditions.

Vehicles should avoid Barons Crescent between Park Road and Blaxland Street during this period. The Great North Walk will be closed between Pains Road and Park Road over the long weekend.

Residents within a 200 metre radius of the burn have been notified via letter outlining resident responsibilities, hazard reduction information, smoke, and safety precautions during the burn.
