Parents and carers of tweens and teens aged 8–16 years living in the Northern Sydney council area are invited to attend a free online webinar designed to help families find a healthy balance and reduce the potential impacts of leisure-time screen use on young people’s wellbeing and development.
Hosted by the Northern Sydney Local Health District School Years Team in partnership with the Northern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils, the session will feature screen use expert, Brad Marshall.
The webinar will provide practical advice and strategies to help parents confidently manage screen time and support healthy digital habits at home.
