Become a Councillor: Briefing Session

Council will hold a briefing session for prospective candidates to gain a better understanding of the role of Councillor, ahead of the NSW Local Government elections on Friday 21 June from 10am to 1.30pm in the Council Town Hall.

The briefing session will be facilitated by Michael McMahon, who has 40 years experience in local government, in conjunction with Council and Local Government NSW.

The briefing sessions would provide valuable insights and essential information for all those interested in standing for election as a councillor.

Places are limited so registrations are required.

The sessions are open to Hunters Hill and Lane Cove Council's residents only.
