Clarkes Point Reserve

Clarkes Point Reserve is a stunning waterfront garden wedding venue with amazing water views looking east towards the Sydney Harbour Bridge. A popular wedding venue located off Woolwich Road, Clarkes Point Reserve, it is the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding.

There are several locations to choose from within the reserve.

Depending on the waterfront location you may need to walk a short distance from the car park area to the venue.

Vehicle access is limited.

Near the Sailing Club

Clarkes Point Reserve is also a popular location among locals and tourists, so please note that your wedding ceremony may not be a completely private occasion.

Fees & Charges 2021/22

The use of any recreation reserves for wedding ceremonies, organised functions and other gatherings,
including bridal photography. The booking fee does not grant exclusive use of park.

Weddings ceremony and/or photos only

No structures,  reception elsewhere (min. 2 hours. Set up & additional hours will be charged the hourly rate): $289.00 per hour (including GST)

Hire Fees for Functions and Other Events

1 – 20 people: $61.00 first hour (including GST)
20 – 50 people: $228.00 first hour (including GST)
50 – 100 people $405.00 first hour (including GST)
100 to maximum 200 people $487.00 first hour (including GST)

Additional Hourly Fee

$123.00 per hour (including GST)

Inspection / Event Supervision Fee

(Minimum charge of 1 hour) $216.00 per hour (including GST)

Cancellation Fee

2 weeks’ notice provided: $99.00 per use
If the applicant gives less than 2 weeks’ notice: No hire fee will be refunded. 

Security Deposit

Security deposits are required for the all reservations of reserves for functions. Refund of security deposit is subject to compliance with Council’s conditions of use. An inspection of the reserve or park will be carried after event to determine the extent of damage, if any.

Hunters Hill Town Hall

Hunters Hill Town Hall offers a gorgeous 1800s sandstone facade as a stunning entry point and photo backdrop for your wedding reception.

The main hall is available for hire.

This large and versatile space offers beautifully polished floorboards, high ceilings and an otherwise blank canvas on which to create your wedding wonderland.

The space can be configured to a range of specifications, from a table set-up for a formal sit down meal, to a cocktail style event – the possibilities are endless!

The Town Hall is located at 22 Alexandra Street, Hunters Hill.

Henley Community Centre

Looking out across Wallumatta Bay, along the Parramatta River towards the Gladesville Bridge is Henley Community Centre.

The spacious main hall is a versatile space that can be configured to a range of styles and set-ups and features a wall of glass doors through which to take in the view.

The community centre is located off Crown Street, Henley.
