As part of renewing our Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) we are inviting community members to provide feedback and input on how well the Hunters Hill local government area enables the equal inclusion of people with disability or chronic health conditions.

Your answers will help our Council plan for good community connections, accessible places and services and improved participation of people with disability in community life.

You are invited to complete this survey if you:

  • have a disability and/or experience a mental health condition
  • are older and experience age-related conditions
  • have a chronic health condition
  • have someone in your family or a friend with disability
  • provide support for someone with disability
  • have an interest in improving access for people with disability
  • live, work or visit the Hunters Hill local government area

The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete.

This survey is open from Monday 28 March until Sunday 15 May, 2022.

If you would like to print and complete a paper survey, you can download a PDF version.

There will also be a series of in-person or over the phone consultation opportunities in the coming weeks. Please get in touch with Council if you would like to be included.
