Proposal: Alterations and additions to the Priory to facilitate the reuse as a restaurant. Construction of a new glazed pavilion within the courtyard of the building. Alterations and additions to the existing kitchen block and chemical store and to provide a new café. Reconfiguration and extension of existing at-grade car park. Demolition where required.

The consent Authority is Hunter’s Hill Council and it is ‘nominated integrated development’ because this application is integrated development that requires approval by the Heritage Council under s 57 of the Heritage Act 1977 (in respect of the doing or carrying out of an act, matter or thing referred to in s 57(1) of the Heritage Act).
All the documentation such as plans and statements, will all be available for inspection and may be viewed on Council’s DA tracker.
In accordance with the provisions of under clause 8A, Schedule 1 Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Part 6.1 Notification Policy of Hunters Hill Consolidated Development Control Plan 2013 and Community Participation Plan, notice is hereby given that Council is in receipt of the above Development Application.
Written submissions will be received up until 4pm on Wednesday 23 February 2022. The submissions must specify the ground for objection (if any).
