We are calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from stallholders interested in participating in Waste Wise: A Festival of Sustainability:

Date: Saturday 17 June 2023
Time: 10am – 3pm
Location: Hunters Hill Town Hall Precinct and neighbouring sites

An EOI can be submitted through our online form, which includes stall fees and charges*.

Successful applicants will be contacted via email by Hunter’s Hill Council event staff.

The closing date for the applications is Friday 2 June 2023.

*All prices for Waste Wise are based on Hunter’s Hill Council Carols in the Park Fees and Charges 2022/2023 ahead of a new set of medium event fees on exhibition for 2023/2024.
