This development application notification is for the construction of a two-storey Sports and Community Facility within the southern portion of Boronia Park, located between Ovals 1 and 2 and in proximity to the cricket nets, netball courts and car park.

On the ground floor the proposal comprises of change rooms, male and female toilets, separate accessible toilets, storage rooms and kiosk. On the upper level the proposal includes a food servery, storage facilities, multipurpose community room, outdoor terrace, accessible toilets and tiered seating.

Submissions should be received no later than 4pm on 17 September 2021.

Submissions must be addressed to Council, are to quote the above Development Application number and include a daytime contact telephone number.  All submission(s) become public documents and may be viewed or copied upon request by any person, and are also sent to the applicant.

Submissions received are recorded with acknowledgment pending the matter being determined.
