Seniors from across Hunters Hill, Ryde and Lane Cove joined together to enjoy a special garden party event as part of NSW Seniors Festival.

The event today (Thursday 23 February) at Henley Community Green entertained attendees with free morning tea including scones from the Country Women’s Association, live music from Innominato Strings orchestra, and a variety of educational and interactive stalls, with workshops by Easy Care Gardening Inc and a scam awareness session delivered by Ryde Police Area Command.

The Henley Garden Party was jointly presented by  Hunter’s Hill CouncilCity of RydeLane Cove CouncilStryderSydney Community ServicesHappy Hens Social Enterprise and Presbyterian Aged Care: North Ryde Community Aid.
