Under Section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, Hunter’s Hill Council is considering a road reserve lease for five years to the owner of property at 13 Euthella Ave Hunters Hill (known as Lot 2 DP 26392).

The purpose of the lease is to provide additional private open space to 13 Euthella Ave Hunters Hill.
