This week is National Road Safety Week an initiative of the Safer Australian Roads and Highways (SARAH) Group, supported by Transport for NSW, to raise awareness of road safety across the country.

Our Council proudly supports National Road Safety Week.

During the week, there are several initiatives running for our residents that coincide with the theme of National Road Safety Week and help promote road safety within our municipality, including free child car seat safety check via a voucher program and a free online workshop to support parents and supervisors of learner drivers.

Whether you’re cycling, walking or driving, please take care on the roads and give each other space, particularly in and around schools and villages.
