Section 4.55 (Modification to Development Application) – 22 Alexandra Street, Hunters Hill (Council Chambers) – DA2019-1120-1

Council has received a Section 4.55 application to the previously approved development application on this property.

Submissions will be sought and accepted up until Sunday July 26, 2020.

Please note that any submission made on this Section 4.55 proposal should be addressed to the General Manager, and must be typed, quoting the above Development Application number and address and include an email contact address and a daytime contact telephone number.  All submission(s) become public documents and may be viewed or copied upon request by any person.

When forwarding your submission via email to Council please ensure the email is addressed to: council@huntershill.nsw.gov.au.

Submissions received are recorded and fully considered without further acknowledgment until the matter is to be determined.  Applications are considered under the relevant heads of Section 4.15 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and Council’s Local Environmental Plan and Development Control Plans, which include the impact on the amenity of adjoining or neighbouring properties.

An Independent Assessment Planner will assess this application and will submit a report on the application for determination. The application will be determined by the Local Planning Panel (LPP). For more information on the Local Planning Panel go to http://www.huntershill.nsw.gov.au/LPP.

Subsequent amendments to this application will be brought to your attention only if they are considered by Council Officers to result in a greater impact on the amenity of adjoining properties or the environment than the original plans.
