The draft Plan for the Municipality of Hunters Hill is on exhibition from Monday 30 September to Sunday 10 November 2019.
Community participation is the way to be involved and to have a say on land use planning decisions and actions made by Council. The draft CPP is a guide on engagement in the land use planning system in our area – how Council will involve the community in plan-making and development application assessment.
The draft CPP is prepared in accordance with the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979 and must be in place by 1 December 2019.
