Hunters Hill has marked the start of the festive season with Carols in the Park.

The event at Boronia Park ovals was hosted by Hunter’s Hill Council on 5 December 2021.

Friends and families held picnics in the park and enjoyed entertainment from local acts including MucDubh & Friends, Jordyn & Alexa, and Fr Aliki’s Holy Name of Mary Parish Ukulele Group.

Santa also made an appearance.

The night was capped off with a brilliant fireworks display.

Council’s Acting General Manager Nick Tobin said it was a great family night.

He wished all in the local community a Merry Christmas on behalf of Hunter’s Hill Council.
