Minor Works Exemption Application

Application under Clause 5.10 (3) of the Hunters Hill Local Environmental Plan 2012 for an exemption from the need to obtain development consent for minor work to a heritage item or a place within a heritage conservation area.

An application cannot be made for work that has already been undertaken.

Description of the proposed work

Describe in detail exactly what is to be done, including specific information and materials, e.g. colour, material and profile of replacement roofing, veranda posts to match existing, bricks to match exiting etc.

Add additional pages if necessary. Applications with insufficient information will be rejected. A detailed description of all the proposed works MUST be provided. Supporting photographs of the building as a whole and the area of the proposed works are also required.

    Will all work, including demolition, construction and the delivery of materials, be carried out between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday?(Required)

    Will all materials and equipment be stored wholly within the property?(Required)
