Tarban Creek Action Group

Home > Environment > Volunteer > Bushcare Volunteers > Tarban Creek Action Group

Tarban Creek is a tributary, running through both Tarban Creek Reserve and Riverglade Reserve on its way to join the Parramatta River. The site has two main Bushcare areas with a budding range of diverse local plant species, however they need help fending off the weeds which want to take their place! The Tarban Creek Action Group are a friendly, experienced, and dedicated group with excellent local knowledge and a passion for driving environmental conservation. Dealing with a variety of weeds threatening the groundcover and shrub layers of the bush, this site presents a great opportunity to get involved in Bushcare helping from the ground up!

This Bushcare group meets on the second Sunday of each month, at 10.00am.
