Development Control Unit

Development Control Meetings are held every second Wednesday from 11am.

Any application that receives up to nine submissions and complies with statutory requirements are referred to this unit for determination under Delegated Authority.

If a Development Application is to be discussed at the meeting the applicant and any person that made a submission are notified up to a week prior to the meeting and the agenda including the Council Officer’s report are published on Council’s website to view.

The applicant and those who made a submission are given an opportunity to speak at the meeting regarding the development application before the Chair determines the application.
