Tender/Expression of Interest (EOI) process

  • Responses are sought
  • Submissions will be evaluated with a view to establishing a short list of potential respondents
  • A panel of Council officers will interview short-listed respondents to ascertain suitability
  • Council will then nominate the preferred respondent
  • The evaluation process will initially include consideration of the respondent’s responses to the questions asked in the Tender/EOI brief.

Note: Hunters Hill has also adopted a Code of Conduct with the aim of ensuring that its functions are undertaken efficiently, impartially and with integrity.

How to submit Tenders and Expressions of Interest (EOI)

Hunters Hill Tenders and EOIs are advertised in print, on Council’s website and electronically via Council’s E-Tendering System, Tenderlink.

In order to be able to access Tenders in this system, you must first be a registered Supplier. Register and follow the prompts.

Once you are registered, you will be guided through the process of applying and lodging submissions to council for Tenders and EOIs.

Statement of Business Ethics

Council’s tender process is in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993 and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005.

Tender applicants are reminded that canvassing or lobbying Councillors or Council staff, in relation to any aspect of the tender, will automatically disqualify the Tenderer from the tender process.

All tenders are required to comply with the requirements of Council’s Code of Conduct and Procurement and Contract Management Policy.
