If you are wanting a dining experience, be sure not to miss the cafes and restaurants on Gladesville and Ryde Roads. The Hunters Hill Hotel is a popular destination amongst locals and visitors alike.
A number of schools are located in Hunters Hill; St Josephs College on Ryde Road, Hunters Hill High School on Reiby Road, Hunters Hill Public School and Hunters Hill Pre School both on Alexandra Street.
Hunters Hill is also home to a number of aged care facilities, including; The Heritage, Hunters Hill Retirement Lodge, Horton House at Hunters Hill, St Anne’s and St Joseph’s Nursing Homes. There are also a number of support services, including; Sydney Community Services, which provides referral services in addition to housing the Moocooboola Computer Club for Seniors, Respite Care, Hunters Hill Ryde Carers Support, Meals on Wheels, social transport, BIRDS and a day centre.
The Hunters Hill Town Hall, located on Alexandra Street is home to the main Council Administration Centre and the Hunters Hill Historical Society Museum. The Hunters Hill Theatre and Hunters Hill Music Club also call the Town Hall home, with performances taking place throughout the year.
