Individuals and business groups

$31.50 (including GST) per hour 9am up to 11pm (min. 1 hour)

Community groups

$26.50 (including GST) per hour 9am up to 11pm (min. 1 hour)

The hourly rate is charged for the hours you are in the building including setting up prior to the start of your function and cleaning after the event. Minimum charge 1 hour.

Security Deposit

Security deposits are required for all reservations of community facilities for functions. Refund of security deposit is subject to compliance with Council’s conditions of use. An inspection of the facility will be carried out after the event to determine the extent of damage, if any. NOTE: GST applies if deposit is forfeited.

BOOKINGS

Hunters Hill has a number of halls, parks and reserves for hire, either as a casual booking for your event or recreation use, or for a seasonal booking for your community group or sporting club.

Please take note of the following:

  1. Bookings must be made 10 days prior to events. This allows us the time to get approvals, accounts and access sorted for you.
  2. Please include set up and pack up times in your booking.
  3. By making a booking, it is understood you have read and agreed to the Council Venue Hire Terms and Conditions.
  4. After submission of booking, Council will review and provide confirmation via email.
  5. We will send you an invoice and arrange access keys if applicable thereafter.

Cleaning Fees

To reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19, cleaning and disinfection is required for our venues. Therefore, we may be charging a $180 cleaning fee for casual hall hires depending on type of event.
