Reporting bin issues

Report a missed bin if your bin has not been collected by 2pm on your collection day contact.

If you bin has been damaged or has gone missing, it can be replaced for no extra charge.

Delivery of replacement bins happens each Wednesday.

Call our waste contractor, URM on 1300 136 460.

Alternatively, you can call Council on 02 9879 9400 and we can lodge this with URM on your behalf.

Visit our Customer Service team at 22 Alexandra Street Hunters Hill, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Email your name, property address and details of the issue with your bin to info@huntershill.nsw.gov.au.
