Feral animal control program

Hunter’s Hill Council and Peninsula Rural Land Management will be conducting a feral animal control program.

Please be advised of the commencement of the fox control program in Boronia Park Reserve, Buffalo Creek Reserve, Riverglade Reserve, Gladesville Reserve, Kellys Bush, Clarkes Point and Hunters Hill High. The aim of this program is to protect the flora and fauna habitat of the reserves and the quality of the playing fields.

Boronia Park, Buffalo Creek Reserve, Riverglade Reserve, Gladesville Reserve, Kellys Bush, Clarkes Point and Hunters Hill High will be closed Sunday to Wednesday nights to people and domestic animals from 9.00pm to 6.00am Sunday 2 December to Wednesday 19 December 2012

Please ensure your safety and the safety of your pets (dogs & cats) by not entering the reserves at these times. Your co-operation in keeping your pets out of bushland areas is essential. Also please advise us of any fox sightings during this period.
