Review Of Metropolitan Planning Strategy

Sydney residents are being given an opportunity to talk directly to a NSW Government planner to share their ideas about how the city and its suburbs can grow and prosper over the next 20 years.

The Department of Planning and Infrastructure has released details of public drop-in sessions across the city, where local people can share their ideas for a new Metropolitan Strategy.

The public is also invited to view the discussion paper at www.planning.nsw.gov.au and to make a submission until Friday 29 June 2012.

For residents of Northern Sydney these drop-in sessions will be held at the following locations:

Tues 12 June 3.00-6.00pm
Hornsby Central Library
28-44 George Street

Mon 18 June 3.00-6.00pm
Dee Why Library
725 Pittwater Road
Dee Why

Mon 25 June 3.00-6.00pm
Chatswood Library, Lower Ground,
