Hunters Hill Hotel - Notice of Section 96 Application Amendment 2010

Council has received a further amendment to the Section 96 application to the previously approved development application on a property in your immediate neighbourhood, and copies of A4 reduced notification amended plans of the proposal and description are available for download below.

The application, amended plans and any supporting documentation may be inspected at Council Office between 8:30am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excepted) or by appointment with the Assessing Officer, between the hours of 9:00am and 10:00am.

The exhibition period for this proposal will end at the close of business Friday 22 October 2010. Therefore any written comments or criticism for consideration of the Council should be submitted no later than 22 October 2010.

Any person, during the period specified above, may make a written submission in relation to the development application to Council.

Please note that any submission made on this proposal should be addressed to the General Manager, and must be typed or clearly and legibly handwritten in ink, quoting the above Development Application number and including a daytime contact telephone number and where possible, and email contact address. All submission(s) become public documents and may be viewed or copied upon request by any person.

Submissions received are recorded and considered without further acknowledgement until the matter is to be determined. Applications are considered under the relevant heads of section 79C of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and Council’s Local Environmental Plan and Development Control Plans, which include the impact on the amenity of adjoining or neighbouring properties.
