Expression of Interest submission deadline extended - Lease of The Priory

Hunter’s Hill Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from interested organisations or individuals interested in taking up a lease/s at The Priory, 10-12 Salter Street, Gladesville NSW 2111. The EOI process will determine the level of interest in the site and understand how interested organisations intend to adaptively reuse the property.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 4PM, FRIDAY 29 JANUARY 2016.

The Priory is a State Heritage Listed property and possible tenant/s will need to preserve the natural, historic, scenic, cultural and recreational resources of the building and its surrounds.

Potential uses that may be appropriate for the scale and significance of the site could include, but are not limited to; community groups, commercial operations including offices, cultural/arts organisations, residential, education based organisations, exhibition spaces, and restaurants. Council will look favourably on applications that address restoration and refurbishment costs.

Expressions will need to consider The Priory Conservation Management Plan and address the selection criteria outlined in The Priory EOI information and application document.
