Cycle to work, cycle to school, cycle to do your shopping, cycle to visit friends or just cycle for relaxation. whatever your reasons, help remove traffic from our roads by riding your bike. It can be fun for the whole family.

1. Children's cycle Track - Buffalo Creek Reserve, Pittwater Rd, Gladesville
Council has constructed a small cycle track at Buffalo Creek Reserve near the playground equipment. Its a great place for the children to learn the road rules and its safe!

2. Hunters Hill Bike Route
The Bike Route is a 6 km circular route around Hunters Hill designed for recreational bike riding. The route includes some beautiful waterfront parks and off road paths however some on-road riding is required. Please give way to pedestrians on a shared cycleway. Follow the blue "Hunters Hill Bike Route" signs and enjoy your ride. A map of the route can be downloaded here.

3. Cycleways
Over the past few years Council has developed, and continues to develop a system of cycleways which, when complete will link Hunters Hill to Lane Cove, Ryde and Canada Bay. A Northern Sydney Cycling Map can be obtained from Council that identifies bike routes in Hunters Hill and surrounding Municipalities.

4. Interested in organised bike rides?
Bicycle North has a strong presence in the northern suburbs and is continually organising interesting bike rides for all grades of cyclists.
